How it works

1. Create Integration Blueprints

Use unified building blocks to create an integration scenario your app needs. It will work with every compatible application in a consistent way.

Set up unified fields that will be mapped to application-specific fields later

Configure linked fields using unified lookup queries

2. Use Javascript SDK to let your users connect third-party apps

Our SDK is flexible enough to make your "integrations" page look any way you like. We provide examples for most common use cases.

When users select an application to connect, they will see an authentication popup, then come back to your app with a new connection created.

3. Create integration flow using Blueprint and Connection

You can enable all integrations by default or let your users choose which ones to use. Created integrations will start working right away - no configuration needed.

4. Let your users customize the integration

If you or your users want something non-standard from the integration, they can customize it using our powerful Integration UI. Alternatively, your Success team could do it for them.

5. Run and monitor integrations

You will have full visibility into what your users do and what works or does not work for them. Even better, you can access monitoring information via API and display it to your customers.
